On 26 October 2009, the scientific council of the Normandie Impressionniste festival met under the presidence of Laurent Fabius, vice-president of the Normandie Impressionniste association, and in the presence of Jacques-Sylvain Klein, general commisioner of the festival. 150 new projects were officially added to the programme of events, further enriching and adding to the dynamism of the festival. Driving forces in Upper and Lower Normandy have enthusiastically risen to the call to get involved in the festival.
These new projects will be led by associations, towns and districts, artist bodies, teachers and tourist offices, taking the form of everything from exhibitions and concerts to performances and philosophical encounters! The groundbreaking and diverse nature of the Normandie Impressionniste festival could not be more apparent!
