Amandine BOURBON-TOULAN

My name is Amandine Bourbon-Toulan, and I'm a freelance illustrator born in Grasse and based in Lyon. Trained as a stylist, I've retained from that profession a passion for color palettes, which I choose very quickly in my creative process. While digital illustration tools are central to my recent work, I also readily use traditional techniques (gouache, watercolor) and have been practicing linocut and drypoint for several years. Above all, I love using my images to serve a narrative, a concept, or a musical or literary world. In 2021, I happily joined the Collectif Patates, a group of independent visual artists working on exhibition projects, murals, and more.
