The Franco-Chilean duo Nova Materia, formed by Caroline Chaspoul and Eduardo Henriquez, invents a powerful, even shamanic, hypnotic music composed from sounds generated by raw and mineral materials (metal, stones) to create a universe that is both danceable and dreamlike, at the crossroads of post-punk rock and electronic music.
