Valérie DUCLOS

Valérie Duclos, a journalist, is the author of some forty cookbooks and decorating books. Passionate about gastronomy and literature, she created the "A la Table…" collection at Éditions des Falaises in 2020 with a first title on Flaubert, aiming to pay homage to the literary delight found in reading. Her upcoming books include "A la Table des Voiliers" (At the Table of the Sailboats), published as part of the Armada festival, and "A la Table des Impressionnistes" (At the Table of the Impressionists), in collaboration with art historian Laurent Manœuvre.
