The title (Re)Passeurs de Rêves of the performance Marie-Noëlle Deverre created while being in a residence says a lot about her intentions: ironing, ironer... It is an act of our daily lives amongst others and which will be magnified and transformed into the starting point of colourful etchings. The colour and the theme are largely inspired by the impressionist movement and also give prominence to transmission. Art becomes a dream maker for just an exhibition, a workshop, a tour. The residence of Marie-Noëlle Deverre is also the moment of a meeting between adults, residents or professionals from la Beaugardière and a Norman artist who has more than one string to her bow.
Secondly, Marie-Noëlle Deverre will propose to the participants to wrap themselves in their colourful productions which become then sculpted objects or costumes in playful photographic staging. The relations to these wrapped bodies will be once again the center of her thoughts during a collective workshop. Her body also becomes a tool, an actor and a performer in her personal research work. Her oversized etchings bring her to a stretching movement of her body.
The fruits of this long-term work will be visible during an exhibition in the Espace des arts, la Corne d'Or, Randonnai. A danced performance by Katia Petrowick will be a key moment of the preview and will make you enter this moving and colourful universe.
