Renoir spent a little over a month on the Channel Island of Guernsey in 1883, where he produced 15 works, most of them depicting panoramas of Moulin Huet Bay. Five frames have been positioned in the exact places where he painted five of these canvasses. By looking through these frames, walkers can discover the island’s landscapes from the same perspective as the artist and, thanks to QR codes, listen to the commentaries of Cyrille Sciama, the director of the Musée des impressionnismes, Giverny.
