These two exhibitions provide a panorama, or suite, between figuration and abstraction. Rather than "covering" a canvas, these artists have developed a pictorial approach that takes us outside what we are used to, between composition, staging and immateriality. Without claiming the slightest novelty or having any other pretentions, their painting is at once present and outside time. Already, during the age impressionism, certain critics expressed this as "a passing moment".
