
Impressionism and the Sea
Beyond the beach scenes and seascapes so familiar to the Impressionists, this exhibition explores marine horizons that were little considered: dock life, storms, the maritime industry, or the taste for elsewhere as seen by Claude Monet, Johan B. Jongkind, or Eugène Boudin.
