FAQ

Platform

Once the project is submitted, you cannot modify it.

However, you may receive a request from Normandie Impressionniste to modify your project; it will then appear as "project to be completed" or "shortlisted project." This request is possible if Normandie Impressionniste needs more information about your project.

You can "save and continue your project", allowing you to have your project as a draft before submitting it.

You cannot delete your project but you can send an email to projet@normandie-impressionniste.fr to request it.

Yes, absolutely.

Yes, you can view your projects in the "My Projects" section.

Call for projects

No, that's not possible. If you wish to submit an application, your project must be led by an association, a foundation, a public or private institution, or a local authority and its grouping, which meets the following conditions:

– have a permanent establishment in Normandy and in France;

– not be supported by a “company in difficulty” according to European law, in which case its project would not be eligible.

An artists' collective can propose a project if it has legal personality.

Yes. You must list one or more project locations (if applicable). If the location is not yet determined, it would be helpful to indicate the status of the research (list of contacted locations and progress) in the statement of intent. Similarly, dates are required for submitting the project. If these dates are not yet known, please specify the desired period.

It is possible to submit a project even if some elements still need clarification. However, the more detailed information your application contains, the more thorough its evaluation can be.

Your project can certainly take place on several sites; you can easily indicate this in step 3 of the form by selecting "yes" to the question "Does your project take place on several sites?" and adding the sites of your project.

Yes, it is possible to propose several projects.

Normandie Impressionniste does not aim to offer the venues.

The Normandy Impressionist Festival does not have this role.

The deadline for submitting projects is March 19, 2027. All projects will then be presented to the scientific and artistic council in May 2027. You will receive a response during the summer of 2027.

You will receive an email during the summer of 2027 and you will then be able to complete the communication form. The answers to this form will allow us to have all the information for our overall communication: the printed program, the website, the newsletter, social media, the press kit, etc.

For any other questions, please send us an email to the following address: projet@normandie-impressionniste.fr
