Adolphe Binet (1854-1897)
This exhibition showcases the modernity of Adolphe Binet's (1854-1897) work. The Norman artist painted Parisian life, both bourgeois and working-class, and Normandy in a naturalist style. Later, his paintings took on a twilight, symbolist aura; he became the painter of the last vestiges of time.
