Stalker, an opera for immersive listening, during which the public is equipped with high-fidelity headsets and invited to stroll freely among the artists, is an adaptation of Tarkovsky’s film, marked by cinematographic impressionism. It plunges the public into a science-fictional present and a mystical quest, magnified by Olga Kisseleva’s visual creations. After a premiere at the Abbatiale Saint-Ouen, accompanied by a special programme at the Omnia cinema, the opera will then go on tour throughout Normandy.
