David Gallienne – Dinner in the Sky

David Gallienne – Dinner in the Sky

Garden of Feathers

To mark the centenary of Claude Monet's death, Michelin-starred chef David Gallienne is partnering with Dinner in the Sky to offer a unique culinary experience, suspended 50 meters above the ground.

Each three-course menu will be created collaboratively: on Saturday with Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam and on Sunday with Michelin-starred chef Charles Coulombeau.

The dishes, conceived as veritable works of art, engage in a dialogue with the landscape and emotions, blending light, color, and flavor. To celebrate this historic anniversary, contemporary artist Saype will create an ephemeral artwork over 15 days, visible only from the air. Participants will thus have a unique perspective on this poetic and socially conscious display.

Afternoon rides will also be offered outside of mealtimes.
