L'Armitière – Artistic Encounters

The close links between Claude Monet and the writers of his time, from Victor Hugo to Octave Mirbeau, inspire a dialogue between today's artists and authors to close the festival.

To mark the closing weekend of Normandie Impressionniste (September 25–27, 2026), the L'Armitière bookstore is hosting a series of meetings dedicated to the garden, botany and the imaginaries of life, echoing the centenary of Monet's death.

True to its mission as a place of transmission and sharing, it offers a program blending literature, arts and contemporary issues through meetings, readings and debates.
