Axelle Rioult – Foliatura

Foliatura showcases the work of Axelle Rioult, which focuses on plant matter and transparency, drawing inspiration from the botanical gardens of Normandy. These orderly urban spaces become the setting for a black and white series, presented in a vertical format—an unusual choice for representing landscape. Consistent with her approach to plants, black and white allows her to develop a unique visual language.
